We offer guides and links on many common technical questions we get. If that doesn’t solve your issue, please contact our team and we will schedule a time to trouble shoot in real time.
Step 2 - Service
If your product requires service, please contact our support team and we will work with you and the dealer you purchased it from to remedy the issue including warranty repairs and replacements.
Step 3 - Return Authorization
All items being returned require a return authorization. We have an online form that’s easy fill out and provides necessary information for the process.
