Wig’s experience in administration, finance, accounting, and human resources are a constant source of forward momentum. As a CPA and CGMA with insight from several industries, a MBA, and over 35 years experience as a drummer in several genres he has become a key player in our continued growth.

BRIAN HARSH

Vice President Business Development

With a background as a performing guitarist, songwriter, recording artist and a passion for music culture, Brian brings over 30 years or music retail experience to MusicMax Distribution. Brian leverages his knowledge of independent and big box music retail sales, merchandising, product development, manufacturing, marketing and strategic planning to lead MusicMax Distribution to the next level and best serve MusicMax brands, dealers and end users.

BILL TERRILL

Executive Director of Sales and Marketing

Bill has over 20 years of experience in the music instrument technology industry. In every role, from management to executive positions, he has consistently prioritized customer needs across sales, marketing, and UX. His customer-centric approach, coupled with his extensive experience in various sectors of the industry, has been pivotal in driving customer satisfaction and business growth in each organization he has been a part of.

NATE SHAW

Operations Manager

Nate brings experience and skills from both the music and construction industries.  His years of performing as a keyboardist in various bands, booking regional and national acts, and work in facilities and infrastructure throughout the city make him a valuable member of our team.  Mr. Shaw is a graduate of Capital University, the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, and Columbus State Community College.

As a graduate from Capital University majoring in Music Technology, Aaron’s passion for all things recording and A/V means he is always seeking new knowledge and skills. It is this thirst for information that has made him a valuable part of our team and drives those around him.

APRIL BLAKE

Order Management Specialist

April’s audio and video skills has made her a great addition to the team. Her enthusiasm and motivation keeps the office running smoothly while her marketing and administrative experience has landed her working in multiple roles in the firm.  April is also a graduate of Capital University’s Music Technology program.

SCOTT LEE

Corporate Controller

Scott comes to us with executive leadership background in finance and accounting.  An active CPA, he has served the profession in both the public and private arenas, gaining broad perspective to share with MusicMax leadership and staff.  Scott is an active musician in the Columbus area as a songwriter and keyboard player in two bands.  Because of Scott’s vast financial knowledge and experience, coupled with his deep love for music, he has found a fulfilling home here at MusicMax!

DON BURKHIMER

Director of Analytics

Don has extensive experience in the payment services industry analyzing data and executing initiatives that generate revenue, improve efficiency and enhance client relationships.   Previously an executive with financial service giants MBNA and Alliance Data, he leads our company’s focus on analytics that drive insight and deliver results.

Tim is a forward thinking individual that possesses a great interest in how new technology will shape our industry. His background in recording, multimedia and retail music sales along with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Technology from Capital University create the ideal landscape for a long career with our firm.
